About cron syntax reference

Crontab uses five fields: minute, hour, day of month, month, day of week. AWS EventBridge adds a year field and requires `?` on either day-of-month or day-of-week. `*` means every value, `*/n` every nth, `a-b` a range, and `a,b,c` a list.
