Characters are drawn from the browser's cryptographically secure random generator, never from `Math.random()`. Nothing is transmitted and nothing is stored.
Passphrases trade length for memorability and are usually the better choice for anything you have to type by hand. For everything else, generate the longest random string the site will accept and let a password manager remember it.
How long should a password be? Sixteen random characters is comfortably beyond offline brute force. Length matters far more than exotic symbols.
Are these passwords logged anywhere? No. Generation happens in your browser and the result is never sent to a server.
